- There are 4 Goals
- Eat 5 fruits and vegetables a day
- 2 hours or less of screen time
- 1 hour or more of physical activity
- 0 sugary drinks
- Log your 5210 EVERYDAY of ONE month!!
- Make it a family challenge with our family logs in the main office! Or log on to healthykidsclub.org and print the family activity log!
- The top ten schools with the highest participation earn money for our students! The money is used for PE equipment and wellness activities!
- HEALTHY KIDS LEARN BETTER!!
