NutritionNutrition is a great place to start creating a healthy culture at our schools. Encourage students to have water bottles at their desks. This will create less need for students to take water breaks and help them consume the adequate amount of water (their body weight divided by 2 in oz). A great "DO NOW" for students to complete at the beginning of the year. SNACK TIME! Below are great examples of healthy snacks for students to consume. Or as for a classroom copy of a healthy snack poster!
